On November 27th from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m, regular maintenance work will take place, during which the operation of both information systems and central services (e.g. computer management, authentication, home folders, WiFi, printing, VPN) will be checked and system software updates will be made.

November 27, from 4.30 p.m. to 7 p.m., the Document Management Information System (DHIS) will undergo a software update. During this time, DHIS usage may be disrupted, so please avoid using the system if possible.

After the update, internal invoice processing will move from Rahaveeb to DHIS. When saving a document that will be published in the public document register, DHIS will display a warning pop-up. For framework agreement queries or simple queries, a “Yes” decision can no longer have an amount of 0. If a decision remains unregistered, a reminder will be sent to the supplier two weeks after the submission deadline (previously after one month).

If you have problems using DHIS after the upgrade, please report it to the DHIS help desk (dhis@ut.ee).

On November 27th from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m, there will be a SiS2 software update. During this period, the use of the service and related services may be disrupted.

On October 15th from 8 a.m. til 9 a.m. the software update of LimeSurvey will take place. During this period, the use of the service and related services may be disrupted.

On October 30th from 11.45 a.m. til 12.45 p.m. the software update of UT's external website (ut.ee) will take place. During this period, the use of the external web and related services may be disrupted.
