On October 9th at 18:00, the migration of Jira and the Wiki knowledge management environment (Atlassian Confluence) from the current Data Center environments to Atlassian Cloud will begin. The main work will take place from October 9–11 and will include migrating data and settings, post-migration checks, and preparing the cloud environments for users. Access to Jira will be restricted during the migration, and regular users will not be able to view, create, or modify tickets or other tasks. The Wiki knowledge management environment (Atlassian Confluence) will be switched to read-only mode: existing content can be read within current viewing permissions, but new content cannot be created and existing content cannot be modified. Public guides will remain accessible. These access restrictions are necessary to ensure data integrity during the migration.
