University of Tartu IT services status page - Notice history

There will be a power outage in the entire main building (University 18) on July 30th from 7-8 am due to work on the main switchboard. If you work in the office, please turn off your computers on Tuesday, July 29th before the end of the work day.

On July 24th from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., regular maintenance work will take place, during which the operation of both information systems and central services (e.g. computer management, authentication, home folders, WiFi, printing, VPN) will be checked and system software updates will be made.

We inform you that due to maintenance work, short interruptions may occur in the production environment of the Authentication Service on 27.06.2025 between 22:00 and 28.06.2025 at 00:00, and in the production environment of the SSO Service (GOVSSO) on 28.06.2025 from 00:00 to 02:00.

On 26th of June from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. the software update of UT's external website (ut.ee) will take place. During this period, the use of the external web and related services may be disrupted.

On May 26th, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., the software of the central firewalls of the University of Tartu in Tartu will be updated due to a critical software problem. No problems with the network service are expected in this regard, but interruption of GlobalProtect VPN sessions cannot be ruled out.

On May 26th from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m, there will be a SiS1 and UT Information systems software update. During this period, the use of the service and related services may be disrupted.

On 21st of April from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. the software update of UT's external website (ut.ee) will take place. During this period, the use of the external web and related services may be disrupted.
