Sellel ajavahemikul ei ole kättesaadavad Tartu Ülikooli kesksed teenused: ÕIS1, ÕIS2, Siseveeb, ülikooli kontoga sisselogimine (ehk SSO, sh mitmetele ülikooliülestele veebilehtedele sisselogimine), TAATi kaudu teenuste kasutamine (sh eduGAIN), DHIS, www.is.ut.ee pealt kõik teenused (rahaveeb, lähetused, grandiveeb jne).
Sel ajavahemikul on võimalik kasutada Ülikooli välisveebi, e-posti ja Teams suhtluskeskkonda (ja teisi Microsofti veebiteenuseid), Zoom’i. Moodle’t saab kasutada, kuid andmevahetus ÕISiga ei toimi.
