    Seoses uuele dokumendi loetelule üleminekuga on DHIS 30. detsembrist kl 16.30-st kuni 4. jaanuarini kl 8.00-ni suletud. Sel ajal süsteemi ei pääse ja ühtegi DHIS-iga seotud toimingut teha ei saa, sh ei toimu andmevahetust teiste süsteemidega (ÕIS, majandus- ja personalitarkvara, lähetuste töövoog, grandiveeb, päringukeskkond). Palume registreerida ja menetleda kõik selle aasta dokumendid esimesel võimalusel, ent hiljemalt 30. detsembril.
