On July 23, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., the IT department will be performing regular maintenance, during which the functioning of information systems and central services (e.g. computer management, authentication, home folders, WiFi, printing, VPN) will be checked and system software updates will be made.

On Monday, July 20, the certification authority HARICA will revoke some of its previously issued SSL/TLS certificates due to a compliance issue identified in the certificate profiles.

The Information Technology Department is replacing affected certificates on an ongoing basis to prevent potential service disruptions.

If you have ordered a HARICA certificate, please contact the IT Helpdesk to check whether your certificate needs to be replaced.

If you experience any problems with a certificate or secure connection when using any of the services after July 20, please also contact the Helpdesk.

The purpose of the test is to measure the duration of the transition and verify the integrity of the migrated data and the operation of the systems in the cloud environment.

During testing, users can continue to work in Confluence and Jira, but there may be short-term disruptions in its use.

On July 15th, from 13:00 to 15:00, the operating systems of Oview servers will be updated. Oview services may not be available during this time.

On June 25th from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m, regular maintenance work will take place, during which the operation of both information systems and central services (e.g. computer management, authentication, home folders, WiFi, printing, VPN) will be checked and system software updates will be made.

On June 25st from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m, there will be a SiS2 software update. During this period, the use of the service and related services may be disrupted.

On June 25th, from 13:00 to 15:00, the operating systems of Oview servers will be updated. Oview services may not be available during this time.

On May 28th from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m, regular maintenance work will take place, during which the operation of both information systems and central services (e.g. computer management, authentication, home folders, WiFi, printing, VPN) will be checked and system software updates will be made.
