On January 29th, from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM, a planned software update will take place, affecting ÕIS1 and several internal university information systems.
Internal information systems support daily academic and administrative processes, including leave and assignment management, mobility, payments, and asset management.
During the upgrade, these services may be temporarily disrupted or unavailable. Please be aware of possible disruptions and plan your activities accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

On January 15th from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m, the software update of the Intranet be carried out. The service and related services may be temporarily disrupted during the update.

On January 28th–29th from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., maintenance work will be carried out on the HTM EENet backbone network at the Sõle 14 network node in Tallinn. The maintenance may affect the operation of internet connections established via this network node. Backup links will be used instead of the backbone channels and external connections directly affected by the work, and brief disruptions to internet connectivity may occur during the maintenance. The maintenance is carried out by the service provider.

On January 28th from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., a software update will be carried out for LimeSurvey, testid.ut.ee, Sisu@UT and Mahara. During the maintenance window, the environments may experience temporary disruptions or limited availability.

On November 27th from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m, regular maintenance work will take place, during which the operation of both information systems and central services (e.g. computer management, authentication, home folders, WiFi, printing, VPN) will be checked and system software updates will be made.

November 27, from 4.30 p.m. to 7 p.m., the Document Management Information System (DHIS) will undergo a software update. During this time, DHIS usage may be disrupted, so please avoid using the system if possible.

After the update, internal invoice processing will move from Rahaveeb to DHIS. When saving a document that will be published in the public document register, DHIS will display a warning pop-up. For framework agreement queries or simple queries, a “Yes” decision can no longer have an amount of 0. If a decision remains unregistered, a reminder will be sent to the supplier two weeks after the submission deadline (previously after one month).

On November 27th from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m, there will be a SiS2 software update. During this period, the use of the service and related services may be disrupted.
